How do you fit exercise in with a family?

By waking up early to workout or going late at night.

Favorite form of exercise:

Weight lifting and boxing because both help relieve stress, and boxing gives me a great cardio workout.

Favorite body part to work and how you work it:

Legs (Squats) and Back (Pull-Ups)

Go to healthy meal:

Flank steak, asparagus, sweet potatoes

Favorite indulgence:

Doughnuts

What’s your eating style?

Intermittent fasting, moderate to low carbs, high protein

What do you love about bodybuilding?

The ability to be your own artist and sculpt a body that you desire.

Why is it important to be a fit dad?

It’ super important to me to be a fit father. I’m not with the whole “Dad bod” movement. My idea of a Dad bod to look like Mr. Incredible, but with big legs to match the upper body.

Best way to describe fatherhood:

It’s being the best friend, teacher, judge, lawyer, defense team, prosecutor, and caring loved one, all in one.
