As a lover of stripes, it only makes sense that I also love Gingham (stripes vertical and horizontal – yas!).
A while back in preparation for the warmer season, I bought a pair of gingham wrap sandals and knew I wanted to add more gingham to my wardrobe. As I was scrolling through Zaful I came across this adorable red and white gingham print romper and instantly clicked ‘add to basket’.
I love the design of this checked plunger romper - the v-neck is flattering without being too deep, the wrap waist tie gives your body shape and the frills on the legs are adorable. And of course, I love the gingham print.
What are your thoughts on gingham?
I wore this playsuit to the Beach, alongside an embroidered strappy swimsuit I also got from Zaful. I loved the floral and bird design on this swimsuit, especially as I hadn’t seen embroidery on a swimsuit before.
I hope the beach weather doesn’t go away soon so I can keep wearing these pieces!
