I have loved the body shop for years, it was one of my very first beauty/skincare brands that I ever tried. I love the scents, the packaging and also the price! For me price is a big deal when it comes to buying body and skin care I don't want to pay too much, but then don't want cheap and nasty products on my skin! My top five for The Body Shop differs from skincare, make up and shower gel so theres a bit for everyone!
1. Tea Tree Facial Wash- I cannot thank this product enough, it has helped my skin so much. If you have read some of my skincare posts then you will know how much I rave about this product. You name it and I have tried it when it comes to acne face washes, this is the only one that has helped my skin and that I have noticed a difference with. I use this every morning and I kid you not it leaves your face feeling so fresh and clean, you can even notice a difference in the texture of your skin once you have used it! The price of the product is £6 which I would say is very reasonable, when you have other brands charging around the same prices with harsher chemicals in. Another good thing is that it is not tested on animals too!
2. Body Butter- I won't pick a favourite flavour as I have too many, but in general no matter what the scent is I love their body butters. I use them religiously before tanning and its the only body butter that helps with the appearance of my tan. They all smell absolutely divine, Coconut, Mango and Vineyard Peach are some of my favourite scents that they do, let me know yours in the comment section! The prices of these differ due to the sizes also they are always on offer £6-£15 is the RRP for them, however that may seem pricey but mine last me ages!
3.Tea Tree Sleep Mask- Another one from their Tea Tree range, I know I can rely on this product. I'm talking that time of the month, them horrible under the skin spots that don't budge this clears them right up! This mask is £12, which I grudged paying at first but once I saw the results I did not regret it. I don't use this all the time, only when my skin is going through a rough patch and needs a little pick me up! In the morning you wake up with noticeable results its honestly a godsend if you have acne prone skin!
4. Vitamin E Sink inSleep Mask- Although I love the Tea Tree oil over night mask I do alternate with this vitamin E one too! No matter what skin type you have you need a little vitamin E in your skin care routine it helps with ageing, brown spots and acts as an anti oxidant! This mask has helped my skin a lot, I have noticed that it is a lot brighter and believe it or not it has helped my acne too. This mask in £11, but a little goes a long way and mine is lasting me forever! I have noticed that it is great during the summer too when my skin appears a little dryer than usual.
5. Shower Gels- Like their body butters, I feel like The Body Shop are known for there great smelling shower gels am I right? I have tons of different scents some of my favourites are Mango (Especially for holidays!), Strawberry and Frosted Berry. They tend to bring out new scents every season and they just get better! They start from £2 for the mini ones and have started doing massive ones in stores at the moment too.
