If you love country music (and even if you don’t), everybody appreciates watching the latest in fashion on a good red carpet. Get your country singing on and let’s talk about last night’s CMA red carpet. The best dressed for the night were: Carrie Underwoood, Karlie Kloss, Faith Hill, Ruby Rose, and Ashley Campbell just to name a few. Carrie Underwood wore a long, blue gown with ruffle detailing on the top portion of the dress. It was off the shoulders and a deep V cut to show off her assets- very classy. Faith Hill elegantly wore a long dress with glitter black fabric. The top portion of it was lace and a one shoulder statement ruffle. Ruby Rose was striking with her eyefish sequin long gown. The sequin had an ombre effect with it being a silver form the top and transitioning to gold sequin.
Next up, Ashley Campbell wowed the crowd with a very simple but very chic all-white dress. The dress had various high low lining on the bottom. But my all-time favorite dress from the night was Karlie Kloss’s. She wore a long, red dress which had see-through print. Other ladies who thought similar and dressed in striking red were: Lindsay Ell, Danielle Bradbery and Jessie James. The recurring theme of the dresses I saw with our women country-singer celebrities were Red, White, and Blue and also classic black. I believe this was to show how strong the American Pride is within the country community. Let’s not forget the recent tragedy that happened not so long ago in Las Vegas.
The opener for the Awards was Eric Church and the biggest names in country singing to honor those who sadly lost their lives at the country music festival in Las Vegas. The country music community brought to attention all the tragedies that have happened so far this year and how we, as Americans, should unite, be strong, and sing together. Finally, I chose some pieces inspired by last night’s Red Carpet looks. You babes can look just as fabulous and be country strong, too!
