The sample with the chain is new.....you have seen the others before. My collection of stitched samples for my own Artist Book is growing, all be it slowly. If my other artist books are to be a measure for this one I need another twenty stitched pieces at least. That's exciting, that means lots of play, lots of stitching on scraps of cloth not to mention the pages I will embellish too. 

In addition to my artist book, a drawstring pouch is in progress over in class. I may, may........... be able to show you a glimpse of that later this week. It involves silk, gingham and a few titivation's in the form of sequins....

Life is slowly getting back to normal here. The unpacking is done as is the laundry.....huge pat on the back for myself. Now to crack on with the sewing, the page creation, the fondling of fabric, beads, sequins....sigh. It's a hard life.
