Our Banner customization isn't just limited to special colors and sizes. We know important banner customization is, and that's why we've provide different options for your banner edges too!

Edge customization? You're probably wondering why that even matters in the first place.

Truth be told, it's not much different from choosing a specific color for your banner. In this case, we have 3 different types of banner edges for your vinyl banners - trimmed edges vs. hemmed edges vs. seamed edges. It doesn't seem like much, but trust us - the difference can be like night and day.

Let's take a look at the different types of banner edges we have and why you should select one over the other:

  1. Trimmed Edges: Trimmed edges on vinyl banners are, essentially, raw-cut edges with no finishing. These edges are hand-cut and created with the best tools we have to offer - in order to ensure accuracy and great quality. Trimmed banner edges are perfect for banner backdrops and other types of hanging banners.

  2. Hemmed Edges:  If you've ever seen a double stitched sewn edge, you'll know what a hemmed edge is. Hemmed edges are sewn with an inch fold for durability and grommet attachments. Hemmed edges are typically used on double-sided banners and are created using special hem machines.
  3. Seamed Edges:  Seamed edges are the same as hemmed edges, where it's created using an inch fold. However, it's welded instead of sewn for a clean banner edge. Our seamed edges are created with the Miller Weldmaster Seamers for best results. This machine welds a fold using heat and pressure to create the best seamed edge with the strongest finish. We believe our seamed edges are the perfect choice for the cleanest looking banner.

Customization isn't just for colors; it's also for banner edges as well. Trimmed, hemmed, or seamed - it's all up to you!
