Watercolor Animals - Editorial Illustrations Types

In my example above, the Editorial illustration of two horses, mare and foal, can represent an article in either Farmers Market booklet, accompany text of natural history magazine, or be a good editorial addition to an article on motherhood and raising children in parenting newspaper.

Next example can serve as an editorial illustration for children’s periodicals or book for kids. This cute mouse is caught in action preparing for a long winter, building a nest; or hiding its home from the wild cats:

And the full realistic paintings of two Chameleons, one just a baby and another is quite sneaky an clever one, they tell their stories as well; and, certainly, would look amazing next to an article about behavior of these amazing cold-blooded reptiles:

So, to conclude, editorial illustrations of animals can certainly touch the hearts of different media readers, enhancing the text and providing educational input and humor.
