In addition to the game bird paintings over the years I have painted many commissions for clients of their favourite fly fishing beats on the rivers of Scotland. With a studio based on Speyside I am perfectly positioned for some of the finest fishing beats in Scotland on the river Spey. For more than 15 years I have been returning with various clients to the stunning fishing beats of Ballindalloch Castle. Paintings focus on capture moments from clients days on the Spey and fly fishing for salmon. From river scenes, to standing in the river fishing, portraits of clients with the catch and moments of rest for the guests on the river bank.
