Koei Tecmo announced with an official press release the four platforms on which Attack on Titan 2 will be released in the west.

The game will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and the Nintendo Switch. The PS Vita version will stay in Japan, confirming pretty much that Koei Tecmo appears to consider the platform dead in the west.

Attack on Titan 2  will include improved omni-directional mobility gear gameplay, more advanced RPG elements, deeper character customization and interaction a lot more interesting goodies.
