1. Get used to the controls of the game

You need to get used to the controls of this game if you were to make a positive impact in it. For example, you need to understand that the princess will not move once she is falling. In other words, you need to be aware of what is underneath you before you start moving. The Parachute power-up is, perhaps, the only exception to this rule. If this is available, then the princess is able to move while falling. However, this may still not be beneficial when there are short drops as the time required to adjust is just too little!

2. Use your weapon while falling

One of the things you need to learn first up before anything else is to attack mid-air. A vast majority of items and Enemies will be out of reach for the princess unless she learns how to attack while falling. 3. Collect points and power-ups

You can collect points in Once Upon a Tower by whacking enemies and by collecting fireflies. All the points get collected to your total that can be seen in the upper-right corner of your screen. While enemies will fetch you 10 points, fireflies will give you 50 points in this Android game. Remember, hitting enemies in quick succession will give even more points. These points can later be used for purchasing power-ups during a run. These points are a must have to progress further in the game.

The tower is filled with different kinds of hazards that can prove deadly to anyone involved in it.
