Indian Food is a diverse mix of countless cultures, layered with exotic, but healthy spices. They are not only used in cooking the meal, but also used extensively in preparing desserts and milk sweet dishes. A few other spices are mustard seeds, red chili powder, red dry chili, saffron or kesar and ginger.
