Ingredients
- 2 ounces plain flour
- 1 egg
- Milk
- 10g soya protein powder
- Unsalted butter
Instructions
- To make the batter, blend together the flour, egg, soya protein powder; gradually adding the milk until the batter reaches the 275ml line (1/2 pint). If you don't have a blender, you can whisk together the mix in a measuring jug.
- Melt a small knob of butter in a non-stick pan
- Use a ladle to serve a 1/4 of the mix into the hot butter. Turn the pan and/or use a spatula to spread the mix out into a circular shape as you do.
- Fry the pancake for 2 minutes until its base loosens from the pan and is golden. Then have some fun flipping it.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each pancake, using a little bit of butter in between if necessary.
- Serve up with your favourite toppings and enjoy... delicious.
Notes
- Sweet and simple Lemon & Sugar
