Genelia Raves Her Director

2012 not just has three films lined for Genelia D’Souza but also brings in the wedding bliss for her in the early half. The petite girl is finally walking the aisle with her love interest and actor Ritesh Deshmukh, after about six long years.
Of late, she is busy with Naa Ishtam in which she is casted opposite Rana Daggubati, for the first time. The flick is launching Prakash Toleti as director. Chakri is dishing out the tunes and Prauchuri Kireeti is producing it. Currently, the shooting schedule is in progress at Ramoji Film City.
The flick is slated for release on March 3 and the makers have begun the post-production works already. Genelia recently finished her part of shooting, while Rana is to wrap it up by Jan 13. In the context, the actress took some time off on Twiiter to praise her director Prakash and his innate talent. She tweeted: “Naa ishtam has debutant director Prakash who is a talent to look out for. (He is ) dedicated, devoted and gives his film everything. So glad to work under hi director.” Well, she certainly knows what it takes to draw attention to her works.
Apart from Naa Ishtam, Genelia is reprising her role of Hasini in Aneez Mazee’s It’s My Life, a remake of Telugu super-hit Bommarillu. Harman Baweza is the lead. Bommarillu was earlier remade in Tamil as Sanotsh Srinivasan, in Bengali as Bhalobasa Bhalobasa and in Oriya as Dream Girl – all tuning out to be major hits.
Furthermore, the actress is teaming with Ritesh again in Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, releasing on February 24. This is followed by Ekta Kapoor’s Rock the Shaadi wherein Abhay Deol is seen as the lead actor. Mani Ratnam’s Bloody Paki is yet another prestigious project that has the Goan beauty pairing up with Vivek Oberoi.
