Prime Picks

The Simpsons (FOX): New. Homer tries to cash in on Maggie’s ability to whistle. Marge gets hired as an interior designer.
Ghosted (FOX): New. Leroy is interested in a cop and Max pushes him to make a move while working a case at a resort.

NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS): New. An officer in charge of classified materials is found dead and the team investigates.

Ten Days in the Valley (ABC): New. Det. Bird has questions for the production team on Jane’s show. Pete loses it.

Solid Selections

Wisdom of the Crowd (CBS): New. Sophe has found some connections that may point to a serial killer working in Silicon Valley.

The Deuce (HBO): New. Bobby and Vincent have to deal with the police as they crackdown on crime in the area as the year comes to an end. Plays again later two times. Last week’s episode, “What Kind of Bad?,” replays right before over on HBO2.

Madam Secretary (CBS): New. Elizabeth deals with the aftermath of a car accident she is involved in in Libya.

Other Options

  • Curb Your Enthusiasm (HBO): New. Larry gets some advice from a writer and gets a ticket while looking for someone. Runs 35 minutes. Plays again later two times.
  • Food Paradise (Travel Channel): New. The best beachside eats in the U.S. are profiled. Plays again later. Five episodes replay right before.
  • Mike Judge Presents: Tales From the Tour Bus (MoMAX): Repeat. This past Friday night’s episode, “George Jones and Tammy Wynette Part 2,” replays. Runs 30 minutes.
  • White Famous (Showtime): Series Premiere. In the first episode, A racist encounter with a movie producer goes viral and lands Floyd Mooney a big opportunity, but he feels like he’s selling out if he takes it. In the second episode, Floyd is being pushed to accept his next project that has him working with an eccentric on a prestige series. Runs 63 minutes. Both play again later two times. Interesting premise and solid lead performance by Jay Pharoah (Saturday Night Live), but falls into some of the trappings of a premium cable series that aren’t really needed to tell the story. Have only seen the first episode, but plan on checking out more. Will you be watching tonight?
