Smoothini is a close-up magician born as Tomas B. De la Cruz Jr. in Hispaniola, The Dominican Republic on October 15, 1980.
Also known as “Smoothini the Ghetto Houdini” is all excited for his new show, Hip-Hop Houdini, which will premiere on July 17, 2018, at 10:00 p.m. on Fuse TV.
He was semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent in season 9. He was once Las Vegas No. 1 bar magician.
Smoothini was born to Antonia De la Cruz and Tomas De la Cruz. Smoothini has a sister Xiomara De la Cruz.
Smoothini got engaged to Laura Wilson on November 26, 2017 and planning to get married on July 2019.
Smoothini was 3 yrs old when his family moved to New York City. He was very fond of Magic as started practicing at very young age on streets.
At 16, he used to do magic shows in bars, but his family was not aware of what he is doing.

Throughout his career as magician, Smoothini has performed in 38 states in the U.S. and various countries like Australia, Philippines, Japan, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Spain.
