The 1992 epic love Story Khuda Gawah starring Amitabh Bachchan and Sridevi was a major hit and won many awards for sound, action and direction and now, it seems that Big B and Sridevi, who will be seen making a comeback in English Vinglish might re-unite for a sequel to the movie, which will also star Abhishek Bachchan.
The producer of the movie Manoj Desai was quoted saying that he is eager to take the story forward and will discuss the storyline with Amitabh Bachchan after finishing his script in a few days. Desai also revealed that he plans to rope in Abhishek Bachchan as the son-in-law of Badshah Khan (the character played by Big B).
Directed by Mukul Anand, Khuda Gawah told the story of an honourable Pathan (played by Bachchan), who serves prison time for the sake of love and honour and is finally exonerated after the truth comes to light.
