First you get welcome Quest from Miss Gree or Npc (person give u quest) now do it . Now keep doing quest n get quest from npc yellow arrow one .GREEN LETTER LET U AREA YOUR QUEST WILL BE OR NPC U NEED FIND. if u see no quest press Q .U will see Available Quest option click it. Press training quest .Now keep do the quest till u get a cloud and unseal it will take overall 20-25 min .
Now here are requirement for fastest Level UP to 91(lvl 1to90 can follow this) in 3 hour::
1. one panda/dragon best but any pet above lvl 150 + is good too
2.step 1: facebook connect from eso.perfectworld.com site (search community option)
step 2: get Astreal Chart(award) for ur chracter
3.one Portal tome (Position it to future finale last 5 mob boss)
4. one high lvl player
5.Must put on double exp token before u enter with ur friend
6. Fuse up ur pet while doing quest
Now after Get All those follow this steps exact ::
1.Let your friend enter and go to last five mob boss
2.now put double exp on and party with him.
3. click ur position tome n met him on future finale
4. now fly with cloud just above with him and let him kill those last 5 mobs(I repeat do not forget click double exp and fuse ur pet so it can lvl up pet lvl up do not effect our exp )
5. Now after done killing 5mob by him/her u will reach lvl 50+ in next 5 min
6.after kill change releam and return back where u started keep doing it until your own pet become lvl 65+ (mainly u need pet health 2k +)
7.once u become lvl 60 n ur pet lvl 65 u repeat following process (remember kill boss one look like cat with baby on shoulder n one with hammer type weapon last 5 mob)
each mob lvl u up by 1 so all u need kill 30-35 mob (remember to disband ur partner once u know path n ur pet lvl up so u can get full bonus)
8. U can kill them own by ur pet after it get 2k health now summon n kill boss fuse instant after it
Do not DO DURING THIS PROCESS::
1.go with low life pet
2. do not try kill your own send ur pet only
3.Disband ur partner once u know how n which path you can do n do fast plvl
4.keep change releam after done and use a safe area (ur partner can tell)for character change option >next releam change
5.each releam party them till ur mature with process i told
U will reach lvl 90 in 2 hour with following process
LVL 90 to 91::
Its most easy process take only 10 min long highest.After done it Set ur hOme return to Pokari go to Solar temple You will find wehn in last beside thorne in solar temple .take quest path of wehn n again ask him about potion in next n go to npc he tells to go
collect potion from npc n repeat it till it reaches 8 or more potion in ur bags
After u get all potion keeping one bag slot empty You will be 91 with stone glyph.
