The same year “Hawa”, “Koi... Mil Gaya”, “Aabra Ka Daabra” these three movies completed as child artist. His child artist continues upto the year 2004 thats “Jaago”, “Hum Kaun Hai?”.

Hansika won “Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut” for this Film. While the same year in Hindi “Aap Kaa Surroor” and also in Kannada “Bindaas”. After a debut won in Telugu continues with the movie “Kantri” on the year 2008. Also, in the same year, on Hindi movie “Money Hai Toh Honey Hai”.
In 2009 Hansika four films done on Telugu Industry, “Maska” with Ram. This film was touch high gross at the box office, it was dubbed to Hindi. In Hindi also reached high gross. Next to join as Cameo Role for “Billa”., “Jayeebhava” and “Seetharamula Kalyanam”.
A gap for a year 2010; in 2011, she made a debt for Tamil Industry with Dhanush “Mappillai”. In this film she was daughter of a business woman acted Manisha Koirala. “Engeyum Kadhal” she had a role of Kayalvizhi, opposite with Jayam Ravi. This film was directed by Prabhudeva and the music Harris Jayaraj. It sets in France and Italy. Prakash Raj appear on a cameo role and Prabhudeva also appear cameo role on a song. “Kandireega” it is Telugu movie, opposite with Ram success on box office. And a Tamil Movie “Velayudham” with Vjay
