Proud papas Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are all smiles with daughter Poppy, 2, in a new Instagram image.
The celebrity designers posted the family photo with a link to the Florida Relief Registry.
“As a parent, you’ll do anything to make sure that your child is taken care of, and I can’t imagine the feeling of not being able to. Proud to support @baby2baby and their #hurricane relief efforts, which has already delivered almost 3 million essential items to children and families impacted in Texas. To donate to their Florida Relief Registry, please see the link in my bio #baby2baby,” Berkus, 45, wrote.
And Brent, 32, also advocated for Hurricane Relief on his Instagram page.
“@nateberkus and I stand in support of @baby2baby, our child means the world to us and we want to make sure everyone feels like their child is safe and supported. Please help donate to #Hurricanerelief by following the link in my bio,” he wrote.
On Father’s Day, the couple celebrated the weekend with their baby girl.
“Happy #fathersday to the most magical father I know @nateberkus . Nothing compares to seeing your light shine through our daughters eyes. We love you,” Brent captioned the family photo.
Berkus also posted a photo and heartfelt message on social media.
“Happy Father’s Day to @jeremiahbrent, the world could use more daddys exactly like you. Poppy is a lucky girl,” he wrote.
Berkus and Brent welcomed their daughter via gestational carrier on March 23, 2015.
“I’ve always wanted to be a parent,” said Berkus after the arrival of their first child. “I had hoped that I would have this chance, but I didn’t want to do it on my own.” Brent added, “Until recently, we didn’t think it was possible. But we’re fortunate to be legally married and things just fell into place. We’re really thankful.”
The couple star in the TLC show, Nate & Jeremiah By Design.
