Just 10 months after getting married, The Hills alum Audrina Patridge is divorcing her husband Corey Bohan.
According to TMZ, the reality star, 32, filed for a temporary restraining order against the professional BMX dirt bike rider due to an alleged domestic violence incident.
Patridge and Bohan, 35, welcomed daughter Kirra Max on June 24, 2016.
“Audrina’s number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time,” her rep tells PEOPLE.
The mom-of-one filed for divorce from Bohan on Wednesday after the alleged violent incident on Monday.
The pair were wed in Hawaii in November. They had been on-again-off-again since 2008 before their engagement in November 2015.
