The review of the movie is not really good. The critics said that the movie have a poor special effects, bad costumes and that the League members deviated heavily from their source character. It was a disaster.
The Justice League of America is a perfect example of "Don't do the adaptation if you don't have a budget". The movie have a Green Lantern who is said to be Guy Gardner, but wearing Kyle Rayner's mask and also they have a lousy Flash who is Barry Allen. There's a big difference between the Flash of 1997 to the Flash of Today.
