BY JAMIE It is time to recap our month in Lima – since we are in Bolivia already for a while now. It was a great start of our South America adventure! We lived in the bohemian district Barranco with our host Sebastián. The Airbnb was located in a rather quiet neighborhood and was only one street from the beach. It was the perfect location to explore the districts of Barranco and Miraflores. But Lima is a giant city so we realized quickly that we are too far away from the actual center. Luckily it turned out that we loved Barranco so we were completely happy with our home. A bunch of travelers we met so far already told us, that they were not very blown away by Lima. We, however, loved it. So we’ve put together a few things you should absolutely not miss out on if you ever visit Peru’s capital. 1.
