Talad Neon Night Market in Pratunam Review

We wrote so many stories on night markets in Bangkok and there are so many new ones every year. Bangkok is a huge place but in the city, there are only limited areas left for night markets. The most recent night Market is Chang Chui and it is quite far out of the city and you can read it at Chang Chui Night Market with Retired Airplane in Bangkok. There is one particular night market we haven’t blogged though and it is Talad Neon night market in Pratunam.

Talad Neon is not the latest night market in Bangkok and in fact they opened late last year. We visited the night market during Songkran this year with AroiMakMak.com.

Talad Neon is one of our new favourite night markets. Let us tell you why. The night market is located in Pratunam (and you can find many Malaysians and Singaporeans staying here as it is near to Platinum Fashion Shopping Mall and the wholesale markets). For years, Pratunam has been lacking a good night market. They have a couple but not really that big in size.

With Talad Neon, the Pratunam area is now more vibrant and you can continue the endless shopping.

The location is at its best and it just next to Palladium World Shopping Centre and The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. In short, it is less than five minutes of walking from Platinum Fashion Shopping Mall.

The night market is a mid-size night market, smaller than Talad Rod Fai night markets but it has almost everything. Watch the video below.

You can find clothing, fashion, accessories and similar things you can find in other night markets.

You can many cute things to buy and the prices here are affordable. As usual, you buy more you can bargain more.

There are food stalls and bars in Talad Neon. If you have a long day, you can eat and chill here. This is Bangkok so drinks are relatively affordable.

With Talad Neon Night Market, you don’t have to go out of Pratunam anymore. It is simply in the neighbourhood and you can shop till you drop.

Overall, the night market is not huge but it is still enjoyable. You might find some things you like or just simply have some local food. We will definitely go here when we are in Pratunam.
