Where will you be watching the world cup?

We have been having a debate in the cruise.co.uk office about where's the best place to watch the world cup. At the pub, in the comfort of your own home or of course on a cruise ship!

So to help us decide we have drawn up a list!

At Home

PROS
You can watch in your PJ's (If you want to)
Cheap beer
It's easier to get to your fridge than the bar
You can have friends over
Easy access to the bathroom
You won't ended up covered in beer if we score (well you might but the odds are less)

CONS
No atmosphere
You might upset the neighbours with your cheering
You have the job of tidying up
No one to celebrate with (Hopefully)

At the Pub

PROS
Great atmosphere
Meet up with Friends
No tidying up after
Bigger screens

CONS
Long waits at the bar
Longs waits in the bathrooms
Good chance of being covered in beer when we score
If we lose there's nothing worse than seeing a bunch of grown men cry!

Cruise ships

PROS
Huge screens (we watched part of the last world cup on the Norwegian Epic with a floor to ceiling screen)
Great Atmosphere
Waiter Service
If we lose at least your still on a great ship and enjoying your holiday.

CONS
Harder to organise
More expensive
Won't be with other friends and family

You might presume being the world cup that all ships will be showing the games but this isn't always the case especially with the American lines so I shall update you shortly on who will and who won't be showing the games.
