I was booking a Regent cruise for one of my clients the other day and we were looking at some of  the pre and post cruise hotel stays on offer. Now as you can imagine with Regent being a 6 star line, they really only use the top, top hotels out there. So after a bit of research, and comparing Regent prices to the hotel prices direct, Regent were coming in a little more. So why book with Regent?




Well on face value it seems a no brainer, book the cheaper option right? Well first and foremost when you book a Regent hotel, it always includes bed and breakfast and all your taxes and fees. Depending on what cabin you have booked,  you will get an executive room in the hotel at the minimum. Not a run of the house room a lot of the cheaper fares are based on.

This is starting to sound more attractive but, still money talks. If you can save a bit here and there then I'm sure you will. This is where Regent come into their own. When you book a hotel with Regent, you also get their transfers. Nine times out of ten this will be a private chauffeur service in a luxury vehicle. Only occasionally will they use a coach (this will only happen, if they have exceptionally high numbers at the hotel). You will not have to reconfirm or call when you are away. The whole point of cruise packages with Regent, is that they take the stress away to give you the most relaxing holiday possible.



You would not expect anything less from Regent. This fits perfectly into their whole cruise philosophy. While you may pay a little more to begin with, you will get a whole lot more whilst you are away.
