As expected the Plaza de la Cathedral is dominated by this enormous church with a sun shaped and colored dome. The cathedral is visible from the beach and is a landmark for Cadiz. On the square itself you are too close to really appreciated its architecture.

Next to the cathedral with an outstanding facade, you are also surrounded by colorful houses and palm trees. It is a very nice square to visit.

Zoals verwacht wordt Plaza de la Cathedral gedomineerd door deze enorme kerk met zongekleurde koepel. De kathedraal is reeds te zien van op het strand en is een icoon voor de stad. Op het plein zelf ben je echter wat te dichtbij om de architectuur volledig te kunnen appreciëren. 

Naast de prachtige gevel van de kathedraal is het plein omring de kleurvolle gebouwen en palmbomen. Een heel leuk plaatsje voor een bezoek.
