It's most well known attribute might be the 900-foot Canaveral pier. Built in 1962, Canaveral Pier has a restaurant and lounge complex so you never have to walk far to grab a bite to eat. There's no driving allowed on the beach, but it has a 300 space parking facility nearby, making it ideal for the quick trip.

Daytona Beach

Located less than one hour and ten minutes from Orlando, is the legendary Daytona Beach. Daytona Beach has everything you'd expect from a world renowned beach. With long piers and active boardwalks, Daytona is one of the best places to bring your family for some Summer time fun.

New Smyrna Beach

With its offshore rock ledges and excellent wave breaks, New Smyrna Beach is the ideal location for surfers. New Smyrna is home to National surfing championships, surf shops and board rentals. It is a quite 13 mile stretch of white sandy Beaches that are perfect for making family memories.

Most of the beach is traffic free, but the north end still allows for some driving. Cloaked in cabbage palms and palmettos, it's not hard to find a secluded place to park and have your private slice of the beach for yourself.
