Located east of USA in the state of California lies San Francisco.. Famous for its Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 39, Coffee and Clam Chowder. San Francisco is beautiful city with gorgeous hill slopes mesmerizing skyscrapers and beautiful people. The first surprise when i got there was the weather, the cool sea breeze reminding you to breath in the fresh air, the bright sun shining on you reminding you the beauty of the sun, a new place a new adventure, what more do you need for a memorable day. San Francisco is a wonderful city to hang around in.. A lovers paradise I would say.. An evening jog with a cup of coffee is sure to complete your day... It's also the birth place of Levis jeans and also San Francisco coffee...
I've only heard of San Francisco from the movies, being there first time was a joy. I've cherish every second of it. We stayed Ramada Limited in San Bruno which is near to the airport and BART railways system. A small simple town with basic needs. BART system was our primary source of transportation to San Francisco, easy to use and brings you directly to the heart of San Francisco.

First day in San Francisco and we wasn't sure what to do, it was already late evening. We just took a walk around the city headed towards the pier. Meanwhile finding out on the hop on hop off bus for the city and golden gate bridge tour the next day. It was sheer pleasure to walk in the sun, admiring the magnificent view that San Francisco had to offer. Hearing the streets sounds, the tram passing by us, people chatting about was pleasing even nostalgic even. Great company of friends made the journey even more exciting. We wanted to try the famous clam chowder in Pier 39, one of the stops you shouldn't miss. It was so cold we had to wear jackets, laughing at our friend that wore sandal. His feet were freezing.

There was plenty of food shops, chocolate shops, gift shops and even wine shops. It was tourist heaven, best place to get something for remembrance or for a colleague back home.

Settled down in Pier Market for dinner, kinda hard to find a good place to sit especially when everywhere was pack with people. Finally order our clam chowder which came in a sour dough bread, hot soup pouring inside filled our hearts. Nothing beats the experience and the taste at that moment.
Day 2: Started near Macy's Union square where we got on the hop on hop off bus tour. We took a whole day tour with the golden gate bridge.
