For those of you daredevils with an adventurous spirit that love whitewater Freestyle Kayaking there is nothing more thrilling than experiencing the highs of riding high flows and massive waves. Yes freestyle kayaking is fun and readily available to the masses, not to mention the workout. It is also been talked about as an Olympic sport. Kayaking is a diverse water sport with many styles that requires all levels of skill from beginner to extreme.

So last September an international crew of whitewater fanatics paddled of to central Canada Manitoba in search of a playground of waves. The group included top paddlers like Dane Johnson and Ben Marr, and leader Joel Kowalski who had his eye set on the Nelson River.

And after 6 days they found exactly what they were looking for, so much they set up camp for six days, honing their talent and skills on the extreme conditions.
