CactusVPN offers a 30-day money back guarantee. This guarantee however comes with a very cunning clause in the refund policy which states that “if the customer is not able to connect to any of Cactus VPN servers in their purchased package then they are eligible for a refund”. Cactus will not process refunds to customers who used the service to visit a particular blocked website but were not able to access it. Refunds based complaints of slow speed are also rejected.
