With leaks and official teasers spewing by the hour, the Oneplus 6T is hardly a mystery left to solve at the official event. Although, that only goes to say that the brand has something new and impressive up its sleeve that is reserved for the event, and all the officially teased features are barely the staple of the product.
At this point, it is to no one’s incredulity that the T iteration will bring major refinements to the cameras, an improved design iteration over the screen, an in-display fingerprint sensor. However, in a recent conversation, an official OnePlus representative exclusively confirmed to TrueTech, a feature that the impending OnePlus 6T would house, and has never been a part of its ancestors – a night mode for cameras. The camera night mode, as we interpret from what the representative exclaimed, would bring convenience to capturing photos in low light or at night. The smartphone’s hardware in accordance with the software (the camera app) would enable users to capture photos with ample clarity and sharpness, with a good dark-to-light contrast, and negligible noise.
Apart from the leaks and rumors, a recent announcement divulges on a new and augmented OxygenOS UI and Gestures to come with the OnePlus 6T. Furthermore, other officiations include the presence of an iterated design (with the waterdrop notch), an in-display fingerprint sensor and the launch date being 30th October 2018 in New York, US. and New Delhi, India. The event will also be streamed live for fans to view at home.
