SETUP PUBLIC FOLDER

Open Control Panel.
Click on Network and Internet.
Click on Network and Share Center.
Click on change advanced share settings.
Expand All Networks.
Select ” Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in the Public folders option.” for each network

Note: Anyone on the network can see your shared folder and files.

The Path to public is C:\Users\Public
so if your computer is named computer1 then the path is \\computer1\Users\Public

all that remains is to configure your copier to see it…
