Spytexter – Is It A Scam? Does Spy Text Work?

We have been requested to review the service at spytexter.com. Does spytexter really work? Is “spy texts” real?

Spytexter User Experience

As you can see, when you land on the Spytexter.com page, it asks you to Enter the “target phone” number and promises to let you “spy on texts”. Whatever number you enter, you will be presented with a cheesy animation and eventually directed to a page which will ask you to install some Clash of Clans type game and enter your email details.

Eventually, this “service” will happily tell you that “54 messages were found” and ask you for your email.

Once you enter your email, you will be redirected to an unrelated youtube video highlighting a snapchat hack on a jailbroken iPhone.

Why Does This “Service” Exist?

People behind spytexter.com service run other similar pranks/scams (choose whatever definition you prefer) at privatesnaps.co and spysnap.net. These “services” are identical scams designed to earn profits to their owners by exploiting your natural curiosity. However, it doesn’t install malware on your phone and we consider it harmless.

Real Alternatives

“But how can I really spy on text messages or snaps?” I hear you saying. For this we recommend a couple of software products that actually work, mSpy and FlexiSPY.
