Here I'm going to give you a circuit diagram which is sensitive to sound.According to the sound this will blink its LEDs..Here we have used Tip31 transistor to light up the leds.But that power is not enough so I have used Lm386 Ic to boost the power of music.This whole circuit can be operated with 12v power.
