Software update: FileZilla 3.37.0

Version 3.37.0 of the open source ftp client Filezilla has appeared. FileZilla is small, simple and complete. The program is popular due to the low load on system resources. FileZilla is available for Windows, Linux and macOS. Since version 3.26.0, passwords are now also encrypted and stored securely on the computer. Nowadays there is also a Pro version , which offers support for various online storage services for a small fee.

Be careful with the ‘recommended’ download file, because that is bundled with third-party software. This page contains installation files that do not contain additional components. Incidentally, a wrong installation can easily be recognized by the word bundled in the file name. Since version 3.36.0 the following changes and improvements have been made:

FileZilla Client 3.37.0 released
Fix remote target path if uploading files through the search dialog
FileZilla Client 3.37.0-rc1 released
Use a cache for the system trust to establish a high-speed revocation lists in the system trust store
