Since iPad was initially made available to US customers only and the international release was delayed, Apple did not launch the Ipad App Store internationally. But now Apple is ready to ship iPad devices to international customers and hence the international iPad app store is live now. This will help iPad users who belong to international countries, purchase iPads from the US or by having a friend buy one for them.
Anyone outside US was not having access to iPad app store and hence people from other than US were not being able to access the iPad App Store from their home country. Apple is all set to start the international iPad deliveries just after a couple of days.
