I am fairly certain that none of the readers of this blog would want to pay for more than they consume. However, when it comes to computers, there are thousands, and maybe millions of users that are exploiting their machines in a way, by not taking proper care to ensure they deliver optimum performance. And this trend has been observed most often in case of users who do not have online computer support. However, since this blog is aimed at giving information to computer users around the world, let me tell you from my personal experience that applications and programs that are unused often take up a significant amount of RAM usage, and result in the system getting slower over a period of time.

Many users do not believe online computer support professionals when they try to explain the same thing, and eventually end up with slower machines. The reason for this is that many people believe that only hard disk usage determines how a program is affecting the PC, while in reality, it's the Random Access Memory, or RAM, that bears the brunt of all the applications that are running. And since quite a few applications like messengers and other casual downloadable widgets automatically start up whenever the PC is booted, this results in slower performance which only gets worse over time. To avoid this, uninstall all programs you think are not of use to you any more, and also run an anti-virus scan, just to be sure that something you downloaded form the internet does not have any virus. Do this, and you are sure to have a faster running PC in no time!
