Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Review

Being the world’s first HDR enabled Tablet, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is among the best few Android tablets invented so far. It is packed with very powerful features.

Powerful quad-core processor, HDR enabled 9.7 inch display, fantastic speakers, improved S pen and optional keyboard are the key highlights of this tablet.

HDR Quality

Yes, the main feature of this tablet is the HDR ready screen. There are no many HDR videos available so far. But HDR has proven itself to be the next chapter in digital imaging.

Platform

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is equipped with quad-core 2×2.15GHz + 2×1.6GHz processor and 4GB RAM. Internal storage capacity is 32GB. Also there is a microSD card slot that allow user to add up to 256GB additional storage capacity. Also it is installed with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

Design

With a glossy glass back cover this device offers you a premium looked design. This glass back cover comes in two colors black or silver. It provides more comfort to the user. Also this device is slightly thinner than the Apple iPad Pro. Weight of Tab S3 is almost same as iPad Pro.

Speakers

Importantly this device consist of 4 high quality speakers. When you rotate the tablet the tablet track your movement and 4 speakers changes their orientation. Because of this you’ll hear the same level of sound even if you rotate the tablet around. So you don’t need to be worry about always keeping the speakers to your direction. Also these speakers generate a high volume which is higher than any other tablet.

Cameras

Furthermore this tablet consists of 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. This is sufficient enough to take decent quality photos. Rear camera consists of autofocus feature and co-located with a flash. Rear camera allows recording 2160p 4K quality videos and the front camera allows recording 1080p quality videos.

S Pen

S pen is provided free of charge with the tablet. This is a plus point because for Apple pencil you have to pay extra $99. S pen is relatively larger than pens in other Samsung products. So you’ll have a better grip. Also it consists of a 0.7mm tip and a side button. Furthermore you don’t need to recharge it.

Keyboard

The keyboard designed for this device is an optional feature. You’ll have to pay extra $129 for the keyboard. It will turn your tablet almost into a laptop computer. You don’t need to charge the keyboard separately. The keyboard directly connects to the tablet.

Battery

Furthermore a 6000mAh battery is included with the device. It allows you 12 hours of video playback time. This battery capacity is a bit low when compared with the other competitors such as Apple iPad Pro and Google Pixel C.

High quality video support and remarkable quality speakers makes this tablet great fro playing video games, watching movies and listening to music.
