Let’s set a static information processing address for the printer.

Print a Network Config Page from the front of the printer. Note the printer’s information Processing Address.

• Sort that information processing address into a browser to reveal the printer’s internal settings.
• Select the Networking tab, then Wireless on the left aspect, then the IPv4 tab.
• On this screen, you wish to line a Manual information processing. you wish to line AN information processing address outside the vary that the router mechanically sets (called the DHCP range). you’ll notice the DHCP vary of the router mistreatment its internal settings page or in its manual. Use the CD that came together with your router or sorts the router’s information processing address (ends in .1) into a browser HP Printer support.
• Use 255.255.255.0 for the subnet (unless you recognize it’s totally different if so, use that)
• Enter your router’s information processing (on the Network Config Page) for the entrance and 1st DNS. Leave the second blank.
