This makes the facebook page administration easier than before, when it comes to getting in touch with fans and the page community. This feature will those who like he page or not to reach the page administrator to drop their inquiries or suggestions or even complian.
Facebook page administrator will have to create post which will let users place a phone call to the admin. When a user sees the post and click on call now, a regular phone call is placed to the phone number attached to the page.
This feature has always been available but not in this way where the admin can create post that enables users to call.
