After launching it in Thailand yesterday, Vivo is all set to launch its Vivo V9 smartphone today in India. According to the Amazon listing, it will be available for pre-orders starting today at 3 PM IST. The live event will start at 12 PM IST and you can watch the launch event live below.
Vivo V9 Specifications
Vivo V9 is powered by the Snapdragon 626 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Internal storage is expandable via microSD up to 256GB. Vivo V9 sports a 6.3-inch full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio FullView display and comes with the popular iPhone X style notch.
The Vivo V9 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Funtouch OS 4.0 on top. At back the smartphone has a vertical dual camera setup with a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The camera comes with some AI techniques that make your images look better.

Coming to the front-facing camera, the V9 sports a 24-megapixel selfie camera that comes with the popular portrait mode. It also offers features like AR stickers and Face beauty mode for better selfies. The phone uses micro USB port for charging and data syncing and sports a rear placed fingerprint scanner.
