Nikon D5500 Review
The new Nikon D5500 take a new body style and smaller. It’s body weight only 420g so it lighter than the D5300 and smaller too. The design changed to the better. It has a deeper grip which make you feel more comfortable while holding the camera. Also see the new Nikon D5600 Bundle
The Nikon D5500 has 24.2MP CMOS Sensor like with Nikon’s latest Expeed 4 image processing engine.
For the body it made of composite of carbon fiber so it will give you the same strength with less weight.
As for the screen size, it has 3.2” with 1.04 M dots so it will give you great colors and sharpness view.
The display is one of the big changes because it has touch screen enabled, where the D5300 is non-touch. As for the video, By and large, it very similar to it’s predecessor, it can record 60p video at 1920 x 1080 so it will be great choice for videographers too.
The battery has big improvement also and upgraded to 820 shots so it has more live than the D5300 which has 600 shots only. (this number can be less if you use additional features like Wi-Fi.
