1. Go to Zendesk website through any browser. Type www.zendesk.com in your browser to visit the website
2. Log into your account (agent interface)
3. Then, click on the ‘Gear icon’ in the lower left corner of the agent interface
4. Go down the page and select ‘Settings’ from the options there
5. Then select ‘Subscription’ and tap on ‘Cancel’ to unsubscribe your account

1. Log into your Zendesk account through any browser
2. Then, go to the ‘Settings’ page from your Agent Interface
3. Select ‘Account’ link from the options in the ‘settings’
4. Then, select the ‘Subscription and Billing Information’ option from the Account page
5. Scroll down and select ‘Update your payment info’ from the options there
6. Then, click on ‘Cancel Zendesk Account’ and follow the prompt instructions
7. Follow the link in the email sent to you to complete the process
