Forward Showing In
Equipment:
Set up the area as shown on the diagram making sure it suits the needs of your players.
Rules:
- The whites pass the ball laterally.
- As the ball is moving the two defenders also move preventing the whites playing forward into goals.
- The blues try to block passes, but also find a way to apply pressure.
- Once they regain the ball they are now 2v2 against the defenders towards the goal.
Forward Showing Out
Equipment:
Set up the area as shown on the diagram making sure it suits the needs of your players.
Rules:
- The whites pass the ball laterally.
- As the ball is moving the defender also moves preventing the whites playing into the goal.
- The blue tries to block passes, but also find a way to apply pressure.
- Once he/she regains the ball they are now 1v1 against the defender towards the goal.
