Whether you spend hours assembling the ‘perfect’ Draft Kings lineup, or you quickly click on some popular names minutes before NFL kickoff, finding bargains is a must.

With four teams on Bye in Week 7 — Bears, Bengals, Broncos Packers — several top quarterback and wide receiver options are out of commission for the week. When the supply goes down, demand goes up — meaning it’ll cost you more for those elite options.

These bargains should score solid points, while still allowing you to reach on a few top-tier talents.

Quarterbacks

Blake Bortles (JAX) – $5, 400

Surprise! Blake Bortles has scored the fifth-most points-per-game among playable quarterbacks in Week 7. The Bills are a below-average team against the position, and have allowed multiple passing touchdowns in all but one contest this year. Bortles, who’s thrown seven touchdowns in the last two weeks, is about as good of a play as you’ll find in Week 7, standard Fantasy or Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS).

Ryan Fitzpatrick (NYJ) – $5, 200

While Griff Whalen will tell you otherwise, the Patriots defense is anything but stout. Allowing the seventh-most points to opposing signal-callers, New England should struggle to stop Fitzpatrick, who’s coming off a top-five QB performance against what has been a respectable Washington pass-defense.

Running Back

Todd Gurley (STL) – $5, 000

In his two starts for the Rams, Gurley has totaled 305 Rushing Yards on 49 attempts. This shows both St. Louis’ willingness to feed their rookie, and his ability to run efficiently, churning out 6.2 yards-per-carry. A favorable matchup against the Browns, who’ve allowed at least 150 rushing yards in four of six games, slots Gurley as a RB1 for Week 7.

LeSean McCoy (BUF) – $5, 500

After returning from his two week hiatus, McCoy posted a solid game, running for 90 yards and a touchdown. Week 7’s matchup with the Jaguars, allowing the fifth-most points to opposing backs, paired with E.J. Manuel’s second consecutive start, sets McCoy up for  a high-volume, and therefore, high-upside play.

Christine Michael (DAL) – $3, 000

Whether Michael will get the start or not, is unknown. What is known, is that the Cowboys’ coaching staff is less than impressed with Joseph Randle’s performance through Week 5. After a Week 6 bye, it appears that the former Seahawk is in line to receive a legitimate amount of carries. As one of the cheapest options you can pick, Michael has the opportunity to be the steal of the week.

Wide Receivers

Martavis Bryant (PIT) – $4, 700

Those who stashed Bryant in Standard Fantasy leagues looked very smart last week after the second-year receiver picked up right where he left off last year. With a proven connection with all three quarterbacks in Pittsburgh, Bryant remains valuable regardless of who ends up under center. Something not every receiver on the Steelers can say. No team has allowed more points to opposing receivers than the Chiefs, meaning Bryant could see a repeat performance of his Week 6 coming-out party.

Stefon Diggs (MIN) – $4, 200

After not playing in the Vikings’ first three games, Diggs exploded onto the scene over the last two weeks, recording 13 catches for 216 yards. While he’s yet to find the end zone, with no other receiver producing in Minnesota, Diggs should maintain his high level of targets and receptions, making him valuable in Draft Kings’ PPR scoring. The Vikings have given up at least 22 points in standard scoring leagues in five of six games this year.

Tight Ends

Ladarius Green (SD) – $2, 900

Even since Antonio Gates’ return to the lineup, Green has remained a very solid fantasy option. In the Chargers’ last two contests, Green has compiled eight catches, 85 yards and a touchdown — good enough for an 11-point average in that span. Against a Raiders team, allowing the most points to opposing Tight Ends, Green remains a safe, sneaky play.

Delanie Walker (TEN) – $3, 900

Entering the season as one of the top-ranked fantasy Tight ends, Walker has been a little disappointing. Yet, even while missing Week 2 due to injury, and already having a bye week, the Titans’ tight end still ranks 15th among PPR tight ends. After scoring double-digit points in three of four outings, Walker remains an underrated Draft Kings asset.
