Saucony is known for the quality footwear, but this time around they team up with they team up with Wolverine boot brand and truly take it to the next level! Utilizing Horween Leather as the base of the shoe, let’s get a closer look at the upcoming Wolverine x Saucony Shadow Original.

Wolverine is known for their top quality leather that they use on their boots. Now they’re placing that same type of leather on a classic Saucony model. How did this collaboration come about? Saucony has been a subsidiary of Wolverine since 2012. The Shadow Original comes with a beautiful upper done in a Horween Leather. The leather used is said to be inspired by the 1,000 Mile Wolverine boot. The inspiration boot even gets a shout out on the tongue as the name of it is placed on the leather tag. Additional features include the lighter Brown leather on the heel region, the leather lining, the tonal waxed laces and the suede tongue. Said to release on September 16th, you can own one of these beauties for the retail price of $180.
