Real Madrid and Juventus are two unstoppable teams and they face each other in the Champions League final. The game is obviously a must-watch as their strengths would be pushed to the limit.

Everyone associated with Barcelona would definitely pick Juventus over Real Madrid. And nobody would want this more than Barcelona defender and open Madrid critic, Gerard Pique.

The Barcelona defender has had his own taste of victory against Real Madrid, even though it hasn’t always been an easy ride.

Pique feels they were able to win their rivals by hanging on to possession. And thinks Juventus should consider doing the same thing to claim the Champions League prize.

He told Mediaset Italy: “It will be a very close match between two great teams.”

“Juventus have done well for several years and are among the best clubs in Europe. They have great players like who really want to win this trophy for the first time. It would also be good to see Dani Alves who is my former teammate, to win (the trophy).

“But anyone can win this final. Barcelona have shown how to beat Madrid by taking possession of the ball and trying to stop their counter-attacks.”

“But Juventus will play a different game. Strong defensive level as demonstrated in the two games against us where we could not score a goal, “he recalled.
