One of the talking points of the El Clasico was the red card shown to Sergio Ramos. Ramos went in with a two-challenge on Lionel Messi and the referee didn’t waste time in issuing a red card.
However, the Real Madrid captain was angered by the decision and insisted he did nothing wrong.
But every neutral fan watching on says the center-back had nothing to complain about.

Capello won two La Liga titles during his two spells at the Bernabeu. But he didn’t let his ties with Real Madrid affect his views of the situation.
Fabio Capello says Real Madrid players want to injure Messi
The Italian tactician told Fox Italia: “Every time there is a Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid players try to injure Messi.”
“This foul was a clear red card. You only have to watch the play. That tackle was criminal and the player deserved to be sent off.”
The sending off was Ramos’ fifth in the el clasico history. And even Madrid director Emilio Butragueno wasn’t in complete support of his tackle.
