After being on the DL for shoulder problems, and not pitched since July 21st, Stephen Strasburg is back and he is starting tonight against the Florida Marlins at 7:05pm. This rookie has been a sensation since he made his debut with 14 strike-outs. Incredible performance from his young arm. He will be a great pitcher if he stays healthy and if he stays consistent. His curve is wicked and has a very fast fastball, in the high 90s. I am not sure if the Marlins will be able to hold off against him, but we will see tonight. Congratulations Mark Teixeira on the birth of his child, a baby boy! The Yankees play the Rangers tonight. Both teams are league leaders, the Yankees leading the AL East and the Rangers leading the AL West. What a great match-up. I expect the Yankees to win after losing to the Red Sox on Monday.
