Inter and Genoa are on the verge of a multi-player exchange deal including Eddy Salcedo and Andrei Radu.

According to Sky Sport Italia, today’s summit moved them closer to a switch of youth team talents.

It would see Genoa striker Salcedo and defender Laurens Serpe head to Inter on loan with option to buy.

Meanwhile, Inter goalkeeper Radu (who spent this season on loan at Avellino) and 19-year-old right-back Federico Valietti would go to Genoa for €12m, although the Nerazzurri would maintain a buy-back option.

Salcedo is only 16 years old, but already has two Serie A appearances under his belt.
